Mandy Michelle Welch Coleman, a 22-year-old White/Caucasian female from Ridgeway, Virginia, died on July 22, 2025. Shortly before 1 p.m. that day, deputies responded to Meeks Road after a report of a man down; they found 68-year-old William Leroy Morey in the roadway with multiple gunshot wounds. Inside a nearby residence, investigators discovered Mandy Coleman dead from gunfire.
