Johnny Edward Lind, a 36-year-old man, was found dead on May 21, 2025, inside a residence along State Route 12 in Forest Hill, West Virginia. West Virginia State Police were sent to the property at approximately 11:48 a.m. after authorities received a welfare-related call involving concerns about a missing homeowner and a strong odor of decomposition.
