Hispanic/Latina. Alicia Sanchez, age 32, female, was leaving the Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino in Eagle Pass just before midnight on September 28, 2025, when gunfire tore through the parking lot. The mother of five had been walking with her longtime partner after a crowded raffle night when shots erupted; despite his attempt to shield her, Alicia Sanchez, age 32, female, was struck and died before reaching the hospital.
