Khalief Webster, a 16-year-old male, Black/African American, was shot on the afternoon of May 18, 2025, near Long Lane and Pine Street in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, after an argument with another teen. Police said the confrontation escalated when the other boy pulled a gun and shot Khalief Webster in the lower back before fleeing on foot.
