Emilia Vinokur, 79, a woman from Loveland, Ohio, died on September 7, 2025, after being shot while riding in a moving car and then taken to Deerfield Township Fire Station 57 on West U.S. 22, where lifesaving efforts failed and she was pronounced dead. The Warren County Sheriff's Office identified Emilia Vinokur, 79, as the victim two days later and noted there was no prior history of police encounters involving the couple.
