Victor Zheng

Victor Zheng, a 16-year-old City College student, was fatally stabbed on February 7, 2011, in San Francisco's Ingleside neighborhood. Victor and a friend were walking on Holloway Avenue around 10:45 p.m. when an unknown man approached them, punched Victor without provocation, and walked away.
