Victor Zheng, a 16-year-old City College student, was fatally stabbed on February 7, 2011, in San Francisco's Ingleside neighborhood. Victor and a friend were walking on Holloway Avenue around 10:45 p.m. when an unknown man approached them, punched Victor without provocation, and walked away. Victor and his friend decided to follow the assailant, but when they reached the intersection of Ocean and Capitol avenues, the man turned around and stabbed Victor in the chest.
