A 3 1/2 month old baby dies as a result of fatal child abuse syndrome On a cold December morning in 2000, the life of a young boy from Dover, New Hampshire, was tragically cut short. Three-and-a-half-month-old Jeffrey Trudeau Jr., a male infant, became the subject of what would become a long-standing unsolved homicide case. On December 7th, his mother, Christine Turcotte, rushed him to the Seymour Osman Community Center in Dover because he was unresponsive and had stopped breathing.
