Christopher Brooks, 25, a Black male, was shot in Port Allen, Louisiana, on the night of Friday, June 20, 2025. Police were called around 8:45 p.m. to a home in the 1300 block of Avenue A, where officers found Brooks inside the residence suffering from a gunshot wound.
