Brandon Christian Cisneros, 22, a Hispanic/Latino male, was found unresponsive inside a vehicle on the morning of May 13, 2025, near Dresser Avenue and Western Avenue in an unincorporated area southwest of Wasco in Kern County. Deputies with the Kern County Sheriff’s Office were called around 9 a.m.; he was pronounced dead at the scene, and early reports noted signs of trauma.
