regarding an assault with a firearm and discovered Dark deceased inside the business.
The investigation into the shooting quickly pointed to a sinister plot involving a business associate. Authorities arrested 42-year-old Darris Allen, also of Bowling Green, in connection with the murder. Investigators revealed that Allen and Dark were business partners in a recently closed local restaurant. According to the criminal complaint, Allen was charged with murder by complicity, alleging that he solicited, commanded, or engaged in a conspiracy to intentionally cause Dark's death. Allen was subsequently booked into the Warren County Jail.
