Officers were dispatched around 11:23 p.m. to the area of 1445 Northwest 2nd Court, where they found Christopher Shannon Allen on the roadway with multiple gunshot wounds. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue transported Christopher Shannon Allen to Jackson South Medical Center, where he died despite lifesaving efforts.
