Cedell Miller, 27, male, Black/African American, was shot during the early afternoon of September 10, 2025, in the parking lot of an apartment building at 2265 West 4th Court in Hialeah after an argument escalated. According to police, a resident of the complex, 47-year-old Fletcher Deno Jimeson, produced a firearm and fired a single round that struck Cedell Miller in the forehead.
