Rigoberto Vences, 28, a Hispanic/Latino male from Wimauma, was shot on the evening of September 16, 2025, after an argument turned violent on the 3300 block of Willow Road. Deputies with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office responded just after 6:16 p.m. to reports of gunfire and found two wounded men at the scene. The sheriff’s office later identified the victims as Rigoberto Vences, 28, and Osvaldo Rodriguez, 27, and confirmed the incident as a double homicide.
