Gary Newman, 64, a white/Caucasian male, was found in Los Angeles on August 20, 2025, inside a vehicle where the medical examiner determined he died from a gunshot wound to the chest. The County of Los Angeles Medical Examiner identified him by name and age and recorded the manner of death as suicide under Case No. 2025-13292, with the formal pronouncement made on Wednesday, August 20.
