Daniel Delgado, 19, a Hispanic/Latino male, was shot to death on September 1, 2008, while sitting in the garage of a home near Sahara Avenue and Lamb Boulevard in Las Vegas. Responding to reports of gunfire, officers found him in the 3900 block of James Paul Avenue with at least one gunshot wound to the chest. He was identified by the Clark County coroner's office shortly after the attack.
