Reginald Watson Sajonas, aged 37, was found shot to death along with another victim, Derek Alexander Pouono, on May 28, 2011. The two men were discovered inside a Honda Pilot parked on the shoulder of the 405 freeway in Long Beach, near the junction with the 710 freeway. The vehicle was found around 9:30 p.m., and authorities were initially unsure whether the men had been victims of a freeway shooting or if they had been killed elsewhere and later left in the SUV.
