Stella Bradham, an 85-year-old white female, died on November 26, 1984, in St. Petersburg, Florida, under suspicious circumstances while residing at the North Horizon Nursing Home. Initially, her death was believed to be the result of a stroke, as she had slipped into a coma four days earlier.
