In the summer of 2010, the life of 51-year-old James D. Hawkins Jr. was cut short in Las Vegas, Nevada. His body was discovered in a residence at 1505 Margaret Avenue, near the intersection of Bonanza Road and Bruce Street. An investigation by the Clark County coroner's office determined that Hawkins had been stabbed to death.
