In the late afternoon of January 15, 2012, the life of a 44-year-old Hispanic male named Arasmo Ortiz tragically ended on the streets of Las Vegas. Investigators were called to the area of E Street and Morgan Avenue at approximately 4:55 p.m., where they found Ortiz injured. He was rushed to University Medical Center, but his wounds proved to be fatal.
