Denise Beaudin, a 23-year-old Caucasian woman, was last seen by her family on November 26, 1981, in Goffstown, New Hampshire. She had been living in Manchester at the time and unexpectedly left her apartment with her boyfriend, Robert Evans, and her infant daughter. Her family did not report her as missing at the time, assuming she had left due to financial difficulties.
However, her disappearance has since been classified as suspicious, and her body has never been found.
Authorities later linked Robert Evans, who used multiple aliases, to several murders in New Hampshire. Evans was convicted in California for the 2002 murder of his wife, Eunsoon Jun, whose dismembered body was found in their basement. Investigators believe Evans was responsible for at least five murders in New Hampshire, including the killing of Denise Beaudin and four unidentified victims found in steel drums in Allenstown. Among those victims were a mother and three young girls, one of whom Evans was believed to have fathered.
Evans died in 2010 while serving his sentence in California, leaving many unanswered questions about his crimes. Authorities suspect he may have killed additional victims beyond those already identified. Despite extensive investigations, Denise Beaudin's remains have never been recovered, and her case remains open as part of New Hampshire's cold case investigations.
