Tracy Lynn McKinney Tafoya, a 31-year-old Caucasian woman, was murdered in August 1994 in Yuba County, California. She was identified as one of the victims of Joseph Naso, a serial killer known as the "Double Initial Killer." Naso, who had a history of violent crimes, was linked to multiple murders, including that of Tracy Tafoya.
