Maxson Kneiding, a 68-year-old man, was tragically killed on July 20, 1985, in his Glendale, California home. His wife, Lela Kneiding, 66, was also murdered in the same attack. The couple was shot to death in what was later identified as part of a series of brutal crimes committed by Richard Ramirez, infamously known as the 'Night Stalker.' Ramirez terrorized California throughout 1984 and 1985, committing numerous home invasions, murders, and assaults.
