Stephanie McDuffie, a 23-year-old African American woman from Steelton, Pennsylvania, was one of the victims of Joseph Miller, a convicted serial killer. McDuffie was eight months pregnant at the time of her death. Her remains were discovered in a landfill in Swatara Township after an extensive search by authorities.
