In the early morning hours of April 7, 2016, a family disturbance at a Las Vegas apartment complex escalated into a tragedy that claimed the life of 17-year-old Ethan Walker, an African-American male. The incident unfolded at the Cohiba Court apartments, located in the 4300 block of Las Vegas Boulevard North, near Nellis Air Force Base.
