Billy Fisher, a 67-year-old man from New Caney, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on May 10, 2025, at the 1485 East RV Park. Authorities reported that the incident stemmed from an ongoing dispute between Fisher and his neighbor, 58-year-old Timothy Sisco. Witnesses stated that the argument escalated, leading Sisco to pull out a firearm and shoot Fisher multiple times.
