Estela Abigail Rivera Vasquez, a 35-year-old woman originally from Guatemala, tragically lost her life on February 5, 2025, in Rostraver Township, Pennsylvania. She was found in the basement of her home with a gunshot wound to the right side of her chest. Authorities responded to the scene after one of her three children called 911, reporting gunshots inside the residence. Vasquez was rushed to Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital, where she was pronounced dead an hour later.
