Michael K. Lewis, a 61-year-old man from Conklin, New York, was fatally shot on January 3, 2025. Authorities responded to a residence on Leslie Avenue following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered that Lewis had been shot in the face and sustained additional gunshot wounds to his chest and hand. Another victim, whose identity has not been disclosed, was also shot and remains hospitalized with serious injuries.
