In the afternoon hours of February 4, 2025, a tragic event unfolded in Oklahoma City that claimed the life of 24-year-old Jasmin Chavez. A Hispanic female, Jasmin was engaged in a conversation with several individuals in the 1300 block of SW 38th Street when the encounter turned violent. At approximately 2:04 p.m., she was shot.
