Ernesto Andrade

Ernesto Andrade, a 28-year-old man, was fatally shot on August 13, 2011, in East Oakland, California. Andrade's homicide took place near the intersection of International Boulevard and 34th Avenue, an area that has experienced a considerable amount of violence and gang activity over the years. He was standing on the sidewalk when he was approached by unknown assailants, who opened fire. Despite efforts by paramedics to save his life, Andrade succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
