On the night of December 13, 2024, a verbal altercation inside a Worcester cafe tragically escalated, ending the life of 27-year-old Carlos Mangual. A male resident of Worcester, Mangual was known for his infectious laughter and deep love for his two children. That evening, inside Guertin's Cafe on Grand Street, he and another man, 24-year-old Givenchy Smith, were involved in a dispute.
