Jamya T. Dukes, a 22-year-old woman from Granite City, Illinois, was fatally shot on April 1, 2025. She was brought to Touchette Regional Hospital in Cahokia Heights by unidentified individuals, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite medical efforts, she was pronounced dead at approximately 10:30 p.m. that night.
