On March 16, 2025, a tragic shooting occurred at the Parkers convenience store on Old Augusta Road in Port Wentworth, Georgia, resulting in the deaths of two young men. Authorities responded to reports of gunfire around 2:30 a.m. Upon arrival, they discovered a male victim with a gunshot wound to the head, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
