Lonnie Wayne Bond Sr., a 27-year-old man, was murdered on April 19, 1985, in Wilseyville, California. His tragic death was part of a series of gruesome crimes committed by serial killers Leonard Lake and Charles Ng, who operated from a remote cabin in the Sierra foothills. Bond Sr. lived with his girlfriend, Brenda Sue O’Connor, and their one-year-old son, Lonnie Wayne Bond Jr., at the time of their disappearance.
