Sarah McKinley, a 19-year-old African American female from Jacksonville, Florida, was tragically murdered on September 18, 2002. She was one of the victims of Paul Durousseau, a serial killer who targeted young African American women in the Jacksonville area between 1997 and 2003. Durousseau, a former taxi driver, used his position to gain the trust of his victims before assaulting and murdering them.
