Grace Reed, a woman from Clay County, Florida, was tragically murdered on April 18, 1983. Her death was part of a horrific crime committed by Michael Alan Durocher, who was later convicted of multiple murders. Reed, along with her 5-year-old daughter, Candice, and her 6-month-old son, Joshua, were killed in what was initially intended to be a murder-suicide pact between her and Durocher. However, Durocher ultimately backed out of the pact and instead carried out the killings himself.
