In the Bronx in August of 1986, a man named Raymond Vizcaino was shot and killed. The male victim, identified as a crack dealer, was killed by a gunshot fired through an apartment door on Webster Avenue. This act was part of a robbery attempt.

The investigation into Vizcaino's death led authorities to suspect Larry Davis and his older brother, Eddie Davis. In January 1987, Eddie Davis was arrested and charged with the murder. He was subsequently convicted in June 1989. Larry Davis, who ha ...
