Walter Holt

Walter Holt, a 67-year-old man, was murdered on September 21, 1990, while incarcerated at the California Correctional Institution in Tehachapi. His cellmate, Joseph Martin Danks, was convicted of his murder. Danks, who was already serving a life sentence for the killings of six homeless men in Los Angeles, strangled Holt to death using bed sheets.
