In the mid-1970s, Ricardo Silvio Caputo, an Argentine American known as 'The Lady Killer,' was active as a serial killer in the United States and Mexico. Born in 1949 in Mendoza, Argentina, Caputo moved to New York City in 1970. His criminal activities spanned several years, during which he was linked to multiple murders.
