Kelty Charles Obrien

In the early morning hours of November 7, 2008, Kelty Charles O'Brien, a 45-year-old Caucasian male, was on his way to work in the Tower Grove South neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. Tragically, what began as a routine day ended in a senseless act of violence that left a community in mourning.
