On July 5, 1999, Marisa Deneen Jackson, a 35-year-old woman from Southlake, Texas, was tragically killed during her morning jog. The incident occurred in an upscale Fort Worth suburb where she and her two daughters, aged 6 and 8, were staying with her ex-husband's sister.
