Warren Fields IV, a 39-year-old African American man from Rosharon, Texas, tragically died on September 30, 2014. Fields was a well-respected software engineer with no known criminal history. He was fatally shot in the head while standing in his front yard. According to reports, two men arrived at Fields' house in a pearl-white Lexus with dark-tinted windows. One of the men exited the vehicle and made contact with Fields before shooting him. The other man remained in the car and did not engage.
