Mechelle Evette Hall-Bell, a 35-year-old African American woman from Overton, Texas, tragically lost her life on January 15, 2015. Mechelle was a devoted mother to four children, aged between 14 and 20, and a loving grandmother to two grandchildren. Her untimely death was a result of a murder-suicide committed by her husband, Delithro Bell, who was 41 years old at the time.
