On December 6, 2015, the community of Huntsville, Texas, was shaken by the tragic loss of Timeshia Roshandra Franklin, a 34-year-old Black woman whose life was cut short by gun violence. Known affectionately as "Nuk" to those close to her, Timeshia's untimely death left a void in the hearts of her family and friends.
