Estuar Roelio Quinonez, a 16-year-old Guatemalan male, tragically lost his life on June 13, 2016, in Missouri City, Texas. Quinonez was a witness to several gang-related murders and had agreed to testify against members of the MS-13 gang. On the day of his death, he was lured to Buffalo Run Park by several MS-13 members, where he was shot more than 15 times while sitting on a bench.
