Alejandro Tomas Rodriguez, a three-year-old boy from Bastrop, Texas, tragically lost his life on July 23, 2016. Alejandro was born on July 26, 2012, and was a resident of Bastrop. His death was part of a horrific incident that occurred at the Arbors of Bastrop Apartments on Childers Street.
