Shay Lackey, a 37-year-old male from Bryan, Texas, tragically lost his life on August 1, 2016. Lackey was shot to death in a violent incident that occurred along Highway 21 in Brazos County. The suspect, Kevin Pullen, a 46-year-old male from Bryan, was arrested and charged with murder, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and tampering with evidence.
