Hector Garcia Jr., a 41-year-old Hispanic man from Rio Grande City, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on November 7, 2016. His 3-year-old son, Julian Garcia, was also killed in the incident. The bodies were discovered near the intersection of Woods Brothers Road and Segunada Road north of Rio Grande City.
