Hector Garcia Jr., a 41-year-old Hispanic man from Rio Grande City, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on November 7, 2016. His 3-year-old son, Julian Garcia, was also killed in the incident. The bodies were discovered near the intersection of Woods Brothers Road and Segunada Road north of Rio Grande City. The investigation revealed that Hector Garcia Jr. and his son were inside a vehicle when they were shot with high-powered rifles. The suspects were believed to be driving a blue Ford F-250 ...
