Anthony Rivas, a 17-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically died on November 28, 2016, in Del Rio, Texas. He was one of two teenagers who were fatally shot in an incident that took place in South Del Rio. The other victim, Pedro Calvillo, 18, also succumbed to gunshot wounds to the head.
