Death by Force

Chris Nicolasora, a 38-year-old Filipino man, tragically died on January 13, 2017, in Vidor, Texas. He was shot by his landlord, James Adrian McClelland, 68, during a dispute at McClelland's residence. Nicolasora had gone to check on McClelland, who he thought was drunk. During the confrontation, McClelland displayed a handgun and fired a shot that struck Nicolasora, causing him to collapse in the front yard.
