Carlos Antonio Garcia-Cerna, a 30-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on January 22, 2017, in Manvel, Texas. The incident occurred at the 200 block of Oak Shore Drive, where a shooting spree resulted in the deaths of three individuals and injuries to two others. The victims included Garcia-Cerna, Alexy R. Garcia , and Muhammad Hasan Nawazkhan , who died from gunshot wounds. Lesly Paredes and Maria Paredes-Paz were critically injured but survived.
